PermaStop is a highly concentrated formula with a copper blend that's designed to keep seal-activating par- ticulars in motion longer resulting in a more effective seal. It works on head gaskets, radiators, heater cores, freeze plugs, water pump casings, cylinder heads and engine blocks. PermaStop reportedly continues to seal the prob- lem long after the initial use. The container covers open 90 degrees to provide full access to the contents inside, with a single person being able to open or close the cover in a few seconds without tools or ma- chines. The container covers are manufactured for harsh weather and are built with UV-protected, impact- resistant, high-density polyethylene. The covers are permanently mounted to the container, staying attached at all times including during trans- portation to a landfill or scrapyard. The covers meet EPA regulations for storm water exposure to ensure that water will not pool up and add weight to a container when sitting still, and have locks to prevent theft and unauthorized dumping. The new suite of products can provide fuel savings of up to 10% and qualify users for the EPA's Smart- Way Elite program, according to the company. The Edge Cone reduces air turbulence by filling the gap between the tractor and trailer and is made of puncture-resistant thermoplastic. The Edge Tail extends from the rear of the trailer to reduce drag and can increase fuel efficiency by as much as 4%. It has a 30-inch auto-deploying extension and will be available in Spring 2015. The RPL35 is designed to be combined with the RPL25 inter axle, making it ca- pable of handling higher torque imposed on drivelines from downspeeding engines for fuel economy in linehaul use. The RPL35SD is designed for heavy-haul and three-axle applications with GCW rat- ings from 140,000 to 190,000 pounds. Both drivelines incorporate European- style flange connections for secure trans- fer of torque and easier installation and removal. They are designed to help fleets increase efficiency and durability and can be combined with a five-year, 500,000- mile warranty.
