Equipped with optional aluminum wheels, the trailer sees a 300-pound drop in weight. The trailer is also designed to be easy to maintain and comes with simple-to-replace parts that do not require welding or paint- ing. For example, the entire kingpin nest assembly can be taken out in the field by removing 16 bolts. The stop-tail-turn and mid-turn light pigtails have three bullet connectors on one end and either a PL-3 connector or 90-degree PL-3 connector on the other end. The marker/clearance light pig- tails have two bullet connections on one end and either a two-pin AMP connector with a sealed boot, PL-10 connector or flat seal connector on the other end. All of the pigtails are molded to protect against contami- nants. The Phillips Pigtail Adapter also converts a PL-3 connector used for incandescent trailer lighting to a 3-Pin AMP connector for LEDs. The adapter has a sealed boot for protec- tion against the elements as well. The unit is powered by a tractor's power source when tethered or by a solar-recharge- able battery within the device when parked and untethered. The device can be mounted low on the chas- sis' frame to protect it from contact with containers as they are mounted and removed. The chassis tracking system also includes the company's CargoWatch web-based application, which provides alerts on chassis location, geofence entry and exit, status change events and historical reporting. The NGV Easy Bay is a code-compliant fabric barrier system using an industrial curtain that's more affordable than install- ing a concrete, masonry, or dry wall barrier in a maintenance garage. The product can be installed in several days and offers benefits such as meeting local, state and federal codes; accommodating single-bay projects or large buildings; and optional retracting for storage. The industrial curtain is made from PVC-coated vinyl and mounted to a heavy-duty galvanized steel track. It also meets ASTM standards for exposure to compressed natural gas and liquid natural gas.
